We cannot say enough good things about Eric. He was prompt and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. We had not had our carpets cleaned in quite a while and he made them look brand new! We have numerous large area rugs and Eric took the time to help us select and purchase better padding for the rugs than what we had. The area rugs also needed to be bound on the edges. He brought us samples of bindings and helped us select the best option to meet our needs. Eric picked the rugs up, had them bound, and returned them exactly when he said he would.
